This solution is also suitable for a business that has nationwide or in-house support but needs a local engineer.
QLine IT can provide a variety of services for our valued ad-hoc Clients, all charged at our reasonable hourly rate. If we are needed to travel to site, then a straightforward mileage fee is charged.
Our engineers are experienced with a wide-ranging experience to resolve your IT issues, from networking to email formation, printer install to laptop repair.
IT Monitoring Contract
With the computer support contract from QLine IT, you can be assured that we are maintaining your entire infrastructure, monitoring for hardware and software issues. Our self-reporting software makes us aware as soon as a problem is detected, allowing us to act quickly and prevent expensive staff downtime.
As an IT support contract Client, you will receive priority 4-hour attention and discounted onsite labour rates, all whilst enjoying unlimited telephone and remote support.
