Throughout the pandemic, QLine IT have been open for business and assisting our Clients with their IT issues. Looking after both business and residential Clients, we have never been busier, helping set up remote home working, updating laptops and pc’s for urgent use and helping businesses move into a new way of working.
We are exceptionally grateful for the loyal support our existing Clients have shown to us and also for the new Clients who have used us over the last few turbulent months.
Whilst we have worked throughout the last 18 months, we have had to impose COVID protection procedures as advised by the UK government. This has included non-visits to residential care homes, limited work in Clients own properties and minimum contact with Clients at our offices. However, due to the lifting of restrictions, we are delighted to be able to update our own procedures.
Once again, we are able to visit Clients in their homes, including residential care homes, and welcome Clients back to our offices. To ensure we maintain the safety of our staff and Clients, we may continue to wear face masks and we would encourage our Clients to do the same. We will maintain our COVID preventative measures and ensure Clients hardware is wiped down with anti-bacterial solution wipes.
Although service is nearly back to normal, we do ask that Clients make our staff aware if they are exhibiting any COVID symptoms before attending our office or our staff visit you.
