At these workshops, our experienced and DBS checked IT engineer will provide individual support to any resident needing help with their tablet or mobile phone. As problems with these devices tend to be quicker to resolve than full-size PCs and laptops, we charge a lower labour rate of just £15.00 per device – the most competitive pricing on the market. Our IT engineer can help with a variety of issues such as adding an email address to a phone and setting up Netflix on a tablet. Whatever that niggling issue is with your tech, we can resolve it without needing to take the device away or make a special journey across town.
If you are resident of a retirement home or a Home Manager, call us today and book a tech support workshop at your retirement home. All we require is a minimum of 5 residents for us to be able to assist on each visit.
Printed instructions for easy reference
A unique feature of our service is that we will type and print any instructions for procedures such as deleting emails, printing or taking photographs. By printing these instructions, the resident will be able to refer to the advice given whenever needed.
Another benefit of our meeting customers face to face is that it gives them the chance to explain any other issues with the technology they are facing, which we can then offer immediate advice upon.
