We feel it is important to make everyone aware of the following:
Paul Galloway t/a Roseway Property Solutions or Galloway Joinery & Building has entered an IVA due to being in debt to several creditors. Paul Galloway trades from LEEDS, West Yorkshire and is a “plumber”, “builder”, “joiner” and “landscaper”
He owed us for the delivery of parts which were never delivered despite several requests. As we were commencing enforcement action for the debt, Paul Galloway applied for and obtained an IVA. The dates he did “work” for us were between July 2023 and January 2024.
FURTHER TO ADDING THIS PAGE, WE RECEIVED NOTIFICATIONS FROM OTHER CREDITORS WHO ARE OWED MANY THOUSANDS of POUNDS.
We have recently been made aware that Paul Galloway is still operating in the Leeds area and not declaring that he is under an IVA. In addition, further complaints have been passed to us of similar behaviour to that experienced by us. We also understand Trading Standards are involved.
