All business contract Clients agree to our Master Service Agreement (MSA). QLine IT Clients sign an IT Support contract called the MSA.
It is important to us that our Clients fully understand and agree to these terms. In addition, having clearly defined terms of engagement will prevent future disagreements.
Our Master Service Agreement is written and based on UK law.
