Ready-made reports
Missing episodes by day of the week, incidents after family contact, physical interventions by month, medication not given as planned, mood in daily logs, school days missed and more.
Precinct Care
Ask a question of your records and get an answer in seconds: a table, a chart, or a report emailed every month. And see which of the nine Quality Standards your records already evidence, and where the gaps are.
Managers spend days each month counting incidents for the Reg 45 review, the Reg 44 visitor and the local authority. In Precinct Care every record is already there, so the counting is done for you.
Where we are: Precinct Care is in final development, shaped with registered managers, Responsible Individuals and Reg 44 visitors. We are booking demonstrations now and taking a small number of pilot homes. The snippets on this page are from the working system, filled with made-up people and records.

Open a ready-made report, then filter, group, sort and choose a chart or a table. Save it as your own.
Every Monday, or on the 1st of each month, to the people who need it.
Any report downloads as a CSV that opens in Excel.
Side by side, month by month, for area managers and the Responsible Individual.
You only ever see records from homes you have access to, and forms added later appear straight away.

Reports are built around the questions managers actually ask: which day of the week do missing episodes happen? Which young people were low more than five times this month? Which incidents has a manager not signed? Each answer links back to the records it came from.
There are summaries ready for the jobs that come round every month: the monthly safeguarding report, Ofsted Annex A (missing, restraint and police), the Reg 45 review, and a care review summary of the last 90 days for each young person's looked-after child review.

Daily logs, keywork, incidents and plans are matched to the Quality Standards in the Children's Homes (England) Regulations 2015, from quality and purpose of care to care planning. The manager sees how much evidence each standard has, for the home and for each young person, and where the gaps are, such as fewer than five records in 30 days.
Tap a standard to see real examples from your own records. The evidence summary goes straight into the Reg 45 quality of care review, and an inspector with read-only access can see it too.

Yes. The standards change with the home's country and service, so the evidence is matched to the right framework. See Scotland and Wales.
Book a 30-minute demonstration. We'll show you the screens your staff, managers and inspectors would use.
