Each young person's day
Their last log, mood and anything significant, with a link to where it came from.
Precinct Care
The handover writes itself from the day's records, so nothing is typed twice and nothing is missed between shifts. The calendar fills itself the same way.
Handover is where things get lost: a medication change, a phone call from a parent, a follow-up due today. In Precinct Care the handover is built from what was actually recorded, and the incoming shift signs to say they've read it.
Where we are: Precinct Care is in final development, shaped with registered managers, Responsible Individuals and Reg 44 visitors. We are booking demonstrations now and taking a small number of pilot homes. The snippets on this page are from the working system, filled with made-up people and records.

Checks due, who's on shift and visits coming up.
The original records aren't changed. The signature that the handover has been read is kept.
For the office wall or a home without a spare tablet.

Each line in the handover links back to the daily log, medication record or incident it came from. The incoming shift reads it on the tablet and signs with their face or fingerprint, and the manager can see it has been read.

The week or day view shows medication times, school, family time, appointments, Reg 44 visits and home events such as fire alarm tests. Medication times come from the medication record, family time from contact plans and appointments from the young person's file. Nobody types them twice.
Staff can add a calendar feed to Outlook or Google. It shows times and initials only, never names or medicines.
Book a 30-minute demonstration. We'll show you the screens your staff, managers and inspectors would use.
