Precinct Care
Like setting up a new phone: show Precinct Care what you have, and it brings it across, sorts it and asks you only about what it isn't sure of. Nobody retypes a thing.
Most homes have records in more than one place: an old system, spreadsheets, Word documents and paper files. Precinct Care takes all of them, works out what each page is and whose it is, and keeps a link back to the original.
Where we are: Precinct Care is in final development, shaped with registered managers, Responsible Individuals and Reg 44 independent persons. We are booking demonstrations now and taking a small number of pilot homes. The snippets on this page are from the working system, filled with made-up people and records.

Point us at the folders: logs, plans, MAR sheets, training records.
Scan them on a phone or the office scanner, and Precinct Care reads the pages.
Likely duplicates, documents it can't place and anything safety-critical, like allergies and contact restrictions.
When a young person moves on, their file can go with them in the same way, with the social worker's agreement.
Our team can do the move with you, home by home.

Say where your records are now, bring them in, let Precinct Care read them, check what it asks about, and you're done. Safety-critical details are always checked by a person before the home goes live.

Short recorded videos show staff how to sign in, write a daily log, clock in, record an incident or restraint and give medication, each with a written transcript, plus answers to common questions.
Book a 30-minute demonstration. We'll show you the screens your staff, managers and inspectors would use.
