Precinct Care
Every risk for every young person and home in one list, scored, owned and reviewed on time, with the highest risks in front of the Responsible Individual.
Risk assessments often live in Word documents that are written at admission and opened again at inspection. Precinct Care keeps a live register instead: each risk has a score, an owner, what's in place and a review date, and it changes when the records do.
Where we are: Precinct Care is in final development, shaped with registered managers, Responsible Individuals and Reg 44 visitors. We are booking demonstrations now and taking a small number of pilot homes. The snippets on this page are from the working system, filled with made-up people and records.

The controls for each risk, such as a missing-from-care strategy, room checks or parental controls, with when each was added and why.
The owner gets a task to review by the date set, and the manager is told if it's missed.
Each review records the new score and why it changed, so you can see a risk rising before anyone else does.
Missing from care, exploitation, self-harm, online harm, harm between children, family contact, health and more.
When a risk is closed it stays on the register under Closed, with its full history.

The register lists every young person and home, highest score first, with a review date on each. Risks that rose at their last review are marked, and overdue reviews show in calm blue rather than red, so red still means danger.
Risks can be added from anywhere: from the safeguarding dashboard, from a concern, or from a pattern Precinct Care has spotted.

The risk map shows every open risk by likelihood and impact. Tap a square to see the risks in it. High risks are flagged to the Responsible Individual straight away, and the map says which risks have risen since the last review.
The registered manager sees their own home. The DSL and the Responsible Individual see every home.
The owner gets a task 30 days before each review date and a reminder on the day. An incident, a missing episode or a new concern can prompt an early review. When a review is signed, the next date is set and the young person's plans and the missing person profile stay in step.
Book a 30-minute demonstration. We'll show you the screens your staff, managers and inspectors would use.
