About QLine IT
A Leeds IT support company, trading for over 25 years, with more than 2,000 clients since 2016, from our office at Killingbeck Court.
QLine IT is the trading name of PC Repair Leeds Ltd. The business has been trading in Leeds for over 25 years: first as a sole trader, and as a limited company since 2011. It began as a local computer repair service and grew into a full IT partner for businesses, with specialist services for children's homes, pharmacies and professional practices.
We are a close-knit team, and that is deliberate. When you call, you speak to someone who knows your setup, not a call centre. Our helpdesk handles nearly 200 support requests a week, and every ticket and email is answered within 30 minutes during opening hours.

Tills, smartcards, printers and internet failover for pharmacies and pharmacy groups.
How we work
Technology only matters when it works for the people using it. So we answer our own phones, explain things in plain English, and stay with a problem until it is fixed.
We also publish our prices, keep contracts to twelve months, and do not charge per ticket. We would rather keep clients because the service is good than because the contract is hard to leave.

Our office is at 6 Killingbeck Court, Leeds LS14 6FD, in east Leeds. We are open 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, and clients on a support contract have urgent support from 6am to 10pm, every day.
