Set up and tested before it arrives
Our engineers set up and configure your equipment to your specification. If it replaces an older device, we move your files and data across. Everything is tested before it leaves our workshop, and in most cases new hardware is ready for delivery or collection within 24 hours. If you need it installed on site, an engineer can visit and make sure everything works.
Our 12-month warranty
All hardware we supply comes with a 12-month warranty as standard. If something develops a fault within 12 months of purchase, we repair or replace it at no extra cost, including labour.

Yes. We transfer your data from the old device so nothing is lost in the change.
