A professional email address
An email address on your own domain (you@yourbusiness.co.uk) looks more professional than a free account, and it belongs to the business rather than to a person. We help you choose and register a domain, or transfer one you already have, and connect it to Microsoft 365.
Encrypted email
Microsoft 365 can encrypt sensitive emails from inside Outlook, with no separate portal for staff or recipients. It is how we help children's homes send reports to local authorities securely. See encrypted email.
Retention and archiving
Retention policies and archiving keep the emails you are required to keep, for as long as you need to keep them, and help you respond to a subject access request or a dispute. We set these up to match your sector's rules.

Yes. We migrate email, calendars and contacts from your current provider and connect your domain, with as little disruption as possible.
Is Microsoft 365 administration included in your IT support?
Yes, on our Full IT Support contract.
Do we need to back up Microsoft 365?
We recommend it. Microsoft keeps the service running, but a separate backup protects against deletions, mistakes and ransomware.
