This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“you”, “the user”) and PC Repair Leeds LTD, trading as QLine IT (“we”, “us”, “our”), governing your use of our QuickBooks Online integration (the “App”). By connecting or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
1. Licence grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for your own internal business purposes, subject to this Agreement.
2. Permitted use
You may use the App to connect your authorised Intuit QuickBooks Online account and access your own financial data for reporting and analysis. You must have the authority to connect any account you link to the App.
3. Restrictions
You agree not to: (a) copy, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the App except as permitted by law; (b) use the App for any unlawful purpose; (c) attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system or data; or (d) use the App to access data you are not authorised to access.
4. Data and privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle data accessed through the App. Data accessed from Intuit is also subject to Intuit’s own terms and policies.
5. Intuit and third-party services
The App relies on Intuit’s QuickBooks Online API. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of Intuit. Availability of the App depends on Intuit’s services, which we do not control.
6. Intellectual property
All rights, title, and interest in the App (excluding your data) remain with PC Repair Leeds LTD. No rights are granted other than the limited licence set out above.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. The App does not provide financial, accounting, tax, or legal advice.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PC Repair Leeds LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business, arising from your use of the App. Nothing in this Agreement excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
9. Termination
You may terminate this Agreement at any time by disconnecting the App from your QuickBooks Online account. We may suspend or terminate access where you breach this Agreement or where required to protect our service or comply with law.
10. Governing law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from it.
