QLine IT has passed its annual Cyber Essentials Plus audit, renewing the UK government-backed certification at its highest level for another year.

Cyber Essentials Plus goes beyond the standard self-assessed Cyber Essentials certification. An independent assessor tests our systems directly, including vulnerability scans of our devices, checks on how we handle malicious emails and downloads, and verification that our security controls actually work in practice, not just on paper.
For our clients, this matters for three reasons.
Your data is handled by a certified provider. The firms looking after your IT should be able to prove their own security. Recertifying at Plus level every year means an independent expert has confirmed ours, from patching and access control to malware protection.
It supports your own compliance. More insurers, regulators and large customers now ask businesses who manages their IT and what certifications they hold. For the children’s homes and pharmacies we support, being able to name a Cyber Essentials Plus certified provider strengthens your own answers to OFSTED, the ICO and commissioning bodies.
We practise what we recommend. We help clients achieve Cyber Essentials themselves and align their systems with its five controls. Holding the Plus certification ourselves means we go through the same audit process we guide our clients through.
If you would like to talk about achieving Cyber Essentials for your own business, or want to know what the five controls would mean for your setup, get in touch or call us on 0113 8000 192.
